Refunds and cancellation

Imprimatur by Aqera is sold once: $499 AUD, including GST, for lifetime access to document generation. There is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing that renews.

Your rights come first

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing on this page limits those rights. If the service is not delivered with due care and skill, or is not fit for the purpose we described, you are entitled to a remedy — and for a major failure, to a refund.

When we refund

• If you were charged but access was not granted — full refund, or we switch access on, whichever you prefer.
• If the product cannot do what this site says it does for your account — full refund.
• If a document fails to generate— you are not charged for it. Generation is included in the one-off price, and a failed run saves nothing and consumes nothing of yours except your own AI provider’s usage, which that provider bills you for directly.
• Duplicate or mistaken payment — full refund.

Change of mind

Access is granted immediately on payment and cannot be handed back once used. We are not required to refund a change of mind, but if you have bought access and not used it, write to us and we will refund it.

How to ask

Email careerwedge@naveniem.com with the email address on the account and the date of purchase. We reply within 5 business days. An approved refund is returned to the card used for the purchase, through our payment provider — we cannot refund to a different card or by another method.
