Terms of service

These terms are between you and Naveniem Pty Ltd (ABN 20 627 611 303), which operates Imprimatur by Aqera. Using the service means accepting them.

What you get

• Free, with an account — build your evidence bank, and mark a document against the level you are applying for.
• Free, on your own Google API key — reading a CV into the bank, and assessing a vacancy against it. Google bills that usage to you directly; we charge nothing for it.
• Lifetime access, $499 AUD including GST, paid once — generate tailored CVs, cover letters and selection-criteria responses for Australian public sector and comparable roles, and have each document marked against the level you are applying for.
• Delivery — access is switched on as soon as your payment is confirmed. There is nothing to ship.

Your AI key

Writing a document calls Google’s Gemini model through an API key you supply. Google bills that usage to you directly; we add nothing to it. Without a key, the free features still work and the paid ones tell you a key is needed rather than failing quietly.

Use a paid Google key.On Google’s paid tier, its terms say your prompts and responses are not used to improve Google’s products. On its free tier they may be. We have no way to tell which kind of key you have supplied, so if you use a free-tier key that is your own decision to share your evidence with Google. See our sub-processors page.

What we do not promise

We do not promise an interview, a shortlisting, or any hiring outcome, and nothing on this site should be read as doing so. What the product does is check a document against the evidence in your bank and the vacancy’s published requirements, and tell you what it finds.

Your responsibilities

• The evidence you bank must be your own and must be true. The product checks claims against your bank; it cannot check your bank against the world.
• You are responsible for what you submit to an employer. Read every document before you send it.
• One account is for one person. Do not share your sign-in.

Availability, and if we stop

We may change or improve the service. If we ever cease operating it, we will give reasonable notice and a way to export your bank before access ends.

Liability

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing here limits them. Beyond those rights, our liability is limited, at our option, to resupplying the service or refunding what you paid for it.
